What happens if the Internet goes down?

All of your company details are saved on our servers, so if your internet goes down there is no need to worry, all your details are preserved.

How much do you charge for support?

Nothing - support is absolutely free!

How easy is it to use?

We make sure we live up to our name, Companies Made Simple. We've also provided clear explanations of everything you can do, with helpful tips along the way.

Do you provide document templates?

Yes, we provide a large range of statutory templates, ranging from 'Board Minutes to Change Company Name' to 'Minutes of an Annual General Meeting' to 'Written Members Resolution to Re-designate Shares (and copy to Companies House)' to name a few.

Can I upload multiple companies?

Yes, you can upload as many companies as you want.

What information will I require to upload a company?

You will need 2 pieces of information: Company Number and Authentication Code.

How do I obtain an authentication code?

The Web Filing Authentication Code is sent to the company's registered office address. You can reorder this code from Companies House. You will need to:

• Register for Web Filing
• Sign in to Web Filing
• Click 'Forgotten your authentication code'
• Request it to be resent
• Please allow up to 5 working days

If I upload a company previously formed elsewhere, can I also attach other documents such as a Memorandum and Articles and a Certificate of Incorporation?

Yes, you can upload company documents and these will be hosted on our servers where you can access them 24/7.

If I upload company details, how can I be certain that the data is secure and will not be used for any inappropriate purpose?

Only the user with the correct email address and password combination can access the data on our site. We do not sell or pass on any of your company details. And for data security, the site is verified by USERTrust.
