Form 288a - Company Formation - UK Registration Services

This form facilitates the appointment of a Director / Secretary. The 288a form requires the person applying to be director to sign to state that they are able and willing to accept the appointment. An existing director or secretary must also sign the form to act as authority to appoint the new person. Once Companies House has received the form 288a and signified that everything is in order the name and other details of the appointed person will be added to the database and be available to the general public to view.
