Company Formation: Reserved Word Templates Available

reserved wordsWhen forming a limited company there are certain words that can’t be used unless particular criteria are met. Such words include:

• International
• Group
• England/English
• Wales/Welsh
• Scotland/Scottish
• Holding(s)

If you are forming a company with any of these words in it, we’ll provide you with the relevant template that needs to be completed in order to use the word (the template will also highlight what criteria needs to be met). The templates can be found in the “M & A” step of the formation process. Simply download the template, complete it and then upload it to the “Supporting documents” area as a PDF.
