When forming a limited company with us we give you the option to use our default Memorandum and Articles or to upload a version of your own Memorandum and Articles.
To upload your own version during the company formation process:
• Enter the required information (Registered Office, Director Details, Shareholder Details, Optional Secretary Details) until you reach the M & A section
• Tick “Upload Custom Memorandum and Articles”
• “Browse” for the pdf of your custom Memorandum and Articles (the document must not exceed 13 pages)
• Once uploaded click continue and complete the company formation process
