If you have just formed a limited company with us, there are a number of company documents available for you to view and download from your company admin portal. Documents include:
• Memorandum and Articles – select “Download” next to “Shareholders”
• Certificate of Incorporation – select “View” under “My Company Documents”
• Share Certificate/s – select “View” under “My Company Documents”
To access the company admin portal select “My Companies” and then click on the relevant company name when logged in.
