Because Companies House no longer want Shareholder address information, our DIY annual return does not give you the option to update this address. However, it does give you the option to remove the address entirely. To do this:
• Access the “Shareholdings” page of the return
• Select “edit” next to the Shareholder
• Tick the “Remove Address” box
• Select “Save”
• Complete the annual return
