Note on Certificates of Incorporation
Nowadays approximately 80% of all company formations in this country are done electronically and this is constantly increasing.
Companies House does not as standard practice provide paper copies of incorporation certificates for entities which are electronically formed. Instead Certificates of Incorporation are now made available in the form of an Adobe document which is deemed to be the original company certificate. Since many companies still require and prefer a paper copy Certificate of Incorporation, the Registrar of Companies gives guidelines on how these should be printed. These state that the Adobe certificate should be printed on to 160 gram Ivory card. This is the card which we use for our Bronze Plus, Silver, Silver Plus and Gold company formation packages.
