How do I renew my Companies Made Simple services? Find out in this blog post.

Companies Made Simple offer a range of services that are renewable after one year:

Company Formation Packages

Privacy Package – £59.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? The Registered Office and Service address services.

Comprehensive / Ultimate Package – £99.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? The Registered Office service, Service address service, Maintenance of Statutory Books service and Annual Return service.

Address Services

Registered Office service – £45 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? Continued use of our London address as your limited company’s official address at Companies House. We forward on all official mail sent to your company free of charge.

Service Address service – £45 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? Continued use of our London address as your directors’ official address at Companies House. We forward on all official mail sent to your directors free of charge.

Annual Returns

Annual Return service – £40 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? The Annual Return service whereby we prepare the Annual Return on your behalf, send it to you to check over and then file for you.

Annual Return (DIY) – £30 plus VAT (£13 if you are a Professional customer)

What exactly is being renewed? The Annual Return service that allows you to file your company’s Annual Return directly from the Companies Made Simple system.

Nominee Services

Nominee Shareholder – £149.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? We continue to allow you to use our nominee officer as your company shareholder.

Nominee Secretary – £74.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? We continue to allow you to use our nominee officer as your company secretary

Reserve a Company Name Package

Company Maintenance Subscription – £49.99 plus VAT

What exactly is being renewed? We shall continue to reserve your chosen company name by filing Annual Returns and dormant company accounts as well as dealing accordingly with any HMRC correspondence.
