Is your company name spelt correctly? Are you sure it’s the name you want?. Select “change” if you spot a mistake or have a last minute change of heart.
You know this address is on the public register, right? Therefore if you’re using your residential address, ask yourself one final time “Am I happy for this address to be made public?”. Oh, and check that the spelling is correct (that’s the last time we’ll mention “check the spelling!”).
Is the date of birth correct? Is the residential address correct? You know the service address is on the public register too?
Check over the amount of shares you’re allocating, the value of these shares and the currency.

Whilst it is possible to change all of the above after the company formation, some of the processes to make the changes can frankly be a nuisance (share issues in particular). And the majority of the information provided will always be on the public register (the directors residential address is not) – even if you were to change it straight after the company were formed.
