It’s so funny. I wish I’d read this article two years ago. SO much of this is relevant. I spent too much time trying to raise capital for my business, that I ignored simple operational aspects of my business. How would I bill people for time? For that matter, how would I even track it!??

I’ve experienced much more failure than success, but the balance of the scales are weighing more in favor of success after two years of being in business. It’s been awesome.

    Great article. Thanks!
