Can I use a PO Box for my Limited Company’s Registered Office?
You may want to keep your address off the Companies House public register, but you do need to provide Companies House with an address. Can you use a PO box instead?
In short, yes you can use a PO box. As long you provide the full address (PO Box number, town, postcode, country) a PO Box can be used as both a Registered Office and Service Address.
2024 Update: Following the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill you may no longer use a PO box for your registered office. For more information, please view here.
