Forming Your Limited Company – Uploading Additional Documents

When forming your Limited Company with us, it’s possible that you have to upload extra company documents before submission to Companies House. These could be your own memorandum and articles (although we do provide standard memorandum and articles for you to use) or supporting documents because your company contains a reserved word. Here’s how to upload these documents:

Memorandum and Articles

• Select your registered office, appoint your director/s and shareholder/s (Secretary is optional)
• On the Memorandum and Articles area tick “Upload Custom Memorandum & Articles”
• In the “Memorandum & Articles” field use the browse option to upload a PDF of the document
• Select “Continue”, the document will have been uploaded

Reserved Word

• Select your registered office, appoint your director/s and shareholder/s (Secretary is optional)
• In the Memorandum and Articles area use the browse option, next to the “Supporting Documents” field to upload a PDF of the document
• Select “Continue”, the document will have been uploaded
