   • We’ve made the preparation and filing of annual returns electronically very simple –in just four simple steps you can file annual returns. The usual £15 companies house fee is applicable – plus there is a £5 per company fee to file these via the Portal. Therefore, the total fee is £20 per Annual Return. The Portal tracks all activity – so you’ll always have a constant track of all your company activity too.
2. Dividend Tracker and Dividend Voucher Management
   • The Dividend Tracker and Dividend Voucher Management process enables you to track dividends and issue vouchers automatically.  Plus – the system tracks all activity per company – so at the end of the year when you need the Dividend information for tax purposes – it’s all there in black and white.
