Our Premier Package You receive a complete company formation package with electronic incorporation documents, emailed to you usually within three hours of the company being submitted to Companies House. You receive by first class post a printed Certificate of Incorporation which is frequently requested when one opens a company bank account, and spend £10 less than if the certificate had been purchased after your company formation. Registered office at our prestigious City of London address is included in this package and represents a saving of £70 off the normal fee of £90. Mail received from Companies House relating to your company is forwarded to you at no extra charge. Any other mail will be returned to sender unless you have Mail-forwarding services with us. You will be able to purchase these during the company formation process. The recurring annual fee for this service is just £30 saving £60 in each additional year. You will receive Annual Maintenance of your company's statutory books, throughout the year, and your returns will be prepared and filed by our Chartered Secretarial team.
