Usually within three hours of being submitted to Companies House, you receive a complete UK company formation package with electronic incorporation documents. You receive by first class post a printed Certificate of Incorporation which can sometimes be requested when opening a company bank account. A registered office at our prestigious City of London address is included in this package and represents a saving of £70 over the normal £90 fee. In the second and subsequent years the fee is just £30, meaning £60 saved each year. Having a well-known registered office address can enhance the company's profile in the eyes of both customers and suppliers. When we act as your registered office any mail from Companies House or the Inland Revenue will be forwarded to you free of charge. Any other mail will be returned to sender unless you have Mail Forwarding services with us. You will be able to purchase these during the company formation process.
