The Limited Liability Partnership laws and regulations do not permit the change from a limited company to a limited partnership. It is recommended that those wishing to take this course of action should contact us or the relevant department at Companies House.
Note: It is possible to change a private company to a public limited company. This is seen as a natural progression for a company as it grows and then wishes to have access to wider funding channels.
