A registered office is an address where the company''s statutory books are available for inspection. Companies must display their registered office address on all company literature and stationery. The registered office can be located at a different address from that of the company's business address.

We guarantee that we will not pass any of your details to third parties. Third parties can, however, access registered office details from Companies House.

When we act as your registered office any mail from Companies House or the Inland Revenue will be forwarded to you free of charge. Any other mail will be reteurned to sender unless you have Mail Forwarding services with us. You will be able to purchase these during the company formation sign-up process.
