Limited Company Shares: The Total Aggregate Value

company formationA limited company’s total aggregate value is the number of shares in the company multiplied by the value of each share. For example, a company with 10 shares worth £2 each would have a total aggregate value of £20.

If the company has more than one share type, simply work out the total value of all shares in each type, as per above, and then add the figures together.
