What’s the cost and what’s included in the renewal?

The Ultimate Package renewal includes both registered office, service address and Confirmation Statement services and costs just £99.99 (plus VAT).

Alternatively, the registered office service and service address can be renewed annually at a cost of £49.99 each (plus VAT). The virtual office mail forwarding service is renewable after 1 year at £29.99 per month.

What's the difference between the virtual office mail forwarding and the Registered Office address?

The registered office is the registered address of a limited company, available to everyone on the public register and the location at which official documents can be served. With the registered office service, all your official government mail (from Companies House, HMRC, Government Gateway) will be sent to our premises and forwarded to you free of charge.

The virtual office mail forwarding service provides you with our Central London address which you can give to your clients - giving your business the appearance of working from a prestigious location. All your business and personal mail can be sent to our address and forwarded straight to you, plus junk mail is filtered so you only receive the pieces of mail that are essential to your business. Please note that ID verification will be required before your mail forwarding account is set up and any mail is posted to you.

Are there any additional postage costs for the mail forwarding service?

The package includes a £20 deposit for the mail forwarding service, from which postage and handling fees will be deducted. We'll let you know when this deposit is running low so you can top it up.

How do I redeem the offers in the free start up toolkit?

After your company is incorporated, we'll email you more information about each of the toolkit extras including information on how to redeem each one. The offers are provided by our trusted partners and have been carefully selected to help your new company, you won't be contacted by any third parties without your consent.
