You do not get an amended certificate of incorporation if you change the name of your limited company. The certificate of incorporation reflects the information correct at the time of formation, therefore it will never change.

As part of our company formation process we require all customers to create an account with us. After you have formed a limited company, access to said company’s admin portal is restricted to the account holder.
