PAYE Company Registration
The process of signing up with the Inland revenue. The company then accounts for income tax and national insurance on its employees salaries, submitting paye returns and payments on a regular basis.
A company director will be assessed to taxation as an employee of the company. The company thus acts as the director's employer and as such has a duty to deduct income tax and NI contributions and remit this to the Inland Revenue.
As with all other businesses with employees income tax and national insurance has to be paid to the Inland Revenue each month.
